1. What information does JRI-Poland collect about you?
JRI-Poland collects, processes, and stores certain information that can identify you, such as your name, your email or physical address, your telephone number, and information concerning the computer or mobile device that you use to access JRI-Poland’s website.
When you create an account with JRI-Poland, JRI-Poland collects the following information: (1) your name; (2) your email address; and (3) a password created by you.
When you donate to JRI-Poland, JRI-Poland may collect the following information: (1) your name; (2) your email address; (3) your physical address; and (4) your telephone number.
When you search on JRI-Poland’s website, JRI-Poland may collect information about how you access JRI-Poland’s services, including: (1) the Internet Protocol address of the computer, mobile device, or proxy server that you use to conduct your service (which provides information concerning your town and country); (2) the dates and times of your searches; and (3) technical information such as your computer or mobile device operating system, your web browser, your mobile device identifier, and the name of your Internet Service Provider or mobile carrier.
JRI-Poland collects information concerning the searches that you perform on JRI-Poland’s website, including names and towns.
2. How does JRI-Poland use the information that it collects about you?
JRI-Poland uses the information that it collects from you: (1) to provide, personalize, improve, update, and expand the services provided through JRI-Poland’s website; (2) to communicate with you; (3) to help JRI-Poland to assist you; (4) to solicit and process donations; and (5) in the aggregate, and with personalized information removed, to perform analytics on the users of, and the use of, JRI-Poland’s website.
3. Does JRI-Poland share the information that it collects about you?
JRI-Poland does not share any information that it collects about you without your additional consent, except: (1) to process donations; (2) to enforce JRI-Poland’s terms and conditions; and (3) to comply with valid legal process.
4. How does JRI-Poland maintain the security of the information that it has collected about you?
JRI-Poland has reasonable and adequate security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of your information. For example, JRI-Poland’s security and privacy practices are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary, and only authorized personnel have access to your information. JRI-Poland also uses current encryption technology to encrypt the transmission of data on its log-in page. While JRI-Poland cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of data will not occur, it uses commercially reasonable efforts to prevent this.
5. How long will JRI-Poland retain the information that it has collected about you, and can you delete such information?

JRI-Poland will retain the information that you provide when making donations indefinitely, unless requested to delete that information. You can have JRI-Poland delete the information that you provided JRI-Poland when making donations by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
